Default My bold 9700 is stuck on loading screen

Hi can someone please help to solve this problem?
when i woke up in the morning, my bb 9700 was stuck on loading screen. i dont have it just restarted automatically. when i went to bed, the battery life is around 90%.

I tried to use LOADER and BBSAK, but both cant do the job.
BBSAK cant detect my bb.
and i also tried with LOADER, when i tried with battery plugged into the device it says "USB-PIN:my real pin" and also w/o the battery it says "USB-PIN:UNKNOWN". after i clicked next, this appeared:

Follow these steps:
*You will lose all info from the device. You will need the latest desktop software BlackBerry - Software Updates - New Update Software for BlackBerry Smart Phones

1. Open up BlackBerry Desktop Software.
2. Take out battery from your device.
3. Plug in your device without your battery to your PC.
4. Wait and click on update.
5. Once the OS has finished downloading, place the battery back into the unit.
6. Allow the update/reflash to finish.
7. You device will reboot.

Took the letters out of my thumbs! Exactly what I would have recommended. That is what I usually do when updating or reloading mine.

Things happen. If you haven't made a backup at all with desktop manager, you are completely out of luck. :/

You can't "format" your 9700. It isn't a disk drive. Also, you can go into options > password, and disable the password on it.

Is there a number of blinks and a pause before the same number of blinks repeat themselves?

i also would get this loading problem; (although not in a good while)... it would do it constantly, a battery pull would clear it for a while but eventually i ended up reinstalling the os on desk top manager...every now and then i get it when i access an app but it only lasts about a minute or so. also i set my cache to clear about every 30 min. or so... i have to point out that i have over 700 pics or so on the device memory. (i have to start deleting those)
