Default which microsd card is better for 9700

hey im goin the buy a microsd 16gb for my bb 9700, and was wondering will any brand and class speed be compatible with my phone? im currently looking at two one is class 4 and the other class 6 around same price which would you recommend.

It doesn't matter which class it is, the class is basically the speed of which files are transferred from a memory card reader to the computer, the blackberry won't see a speed increase, nor will any other device. I have a lower class memory card and haven't noticed the difference. I would go with the lower price.

I agree with Brian, you won't see much difference in speed on your Blackberry. If you have to transfer a lot of files to the card on your computer before placing it in the phone you will notice a difference. It took 50 minutes to transfer 2550 mp3 files to my 32GB card which is class 4.

Also make sure you purchase from a reputable source, there are thousands of "rip off" cards out there.

Thanks went with the cheaper newegg class 6 sd card. I'm pretty sure newegg is a reputable site, although never used them before.

Newegg.com is a reputable site. I've ordered PC hardware from them.
