Default Messages not showing in individual inbox

On two of my three e-mail accounts, everything works fine when I go into the inbox for that specific account, but on one, though the messages for it come up on the main inbox, they don't show up in that account's inbox, it just says "No messages". I've done a battery pull and reset the service books but it didn't help.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions

Try removing and re-adding the affected e-mail addresses from BIS. You could also check the Inbox settings from Menu > options within Messages.

Removing and readding the account, even followed by another battery pull, makes no difference. Still got the exact same problem. I don't see anything weird in my settings either.

I just went into the filter opinion on the GMail inbox and I noticed that "inbox" isn't actually listed. I've made no changes to the account settings on either the GMail or BlackBerry which could remove the inbox, so I'm thinking the GMail plugin might need an update. Is there a way I can update the GMail plugin without updating the whole OS?
