    Default MEP Counter Reset

My BB Bold 9700 has a Zero (0) MEP Code input now. Thus, I cannot Unlock it. Please help me.
Carrier is T-Mobile and I'm trying to use here in India.
Is there anyway to reset the MEP Counter?

no, you can NOT reset the MEP counter
you need to find someone who has a DM3 unlocking Box and have the phone physically unlocked via cable.

companies like Cellunlock.net have what you need

    PIN
pin is a small and pointy object...so it's really not for little ones.

You have to go to a service office to get it unlocked by cable OR there are companies who would do it over the Internet by asking you to connect the phone to your computer and then remotely accessing it. But the cost of these type of unlocks can go all the way up to $200.
