Sorry. I'm not following you. You have a notepad doc on your PC desktop? And you want it to show on your berry? Is that what you are asking?

Or is it a memopad doc on your berry that won't open?

You can move a file into memopad. It only exists as a database. I'd suggest using mass storage, while connected to the PC, and move it to the Document folder on your SD card. Then use Free Rock File Manager - Download Rock File Manager - Free Apps from BlackBerry App World to access/view it on your phone. You could also use File Manager, the Explore feature, from your media folder to see it, or other apps such as BBNotepad, ActionPad or various other file manager apps.

Notepad files on the PC are plain text files saved with the .txt extension. Memopad on the BB reads an internal database of memos, not text files.

If you sync with Outlook, copy the entire file into a new Note and sync. If you don't sync, install BBNotePad or FileScout. Those both have the capability to read and edit plain text files on the BB.
