Ok, Admittly this is all my own fault, After a heavy night out i ended up leaving my phone in water for at least six hours not a massive puddle of water but just a slight bit that was left on the window and i put my phone in it...

obvioulsy the phone was on to which i bet didnt help. But after realising the next morning i turned my phone off and on and basically it wouldnt come on and had white screen after a couple more attemps the phone turned on i was well happy but then i realised that a couple of the letters didnt work or the scroller. It just so happens its the letters i need to get in to my phones passwords.

So ive looked about on the net and also took it into a shop they have tried a membrane out on it apprently and said it doesnt work, But the shop is a bit dodgy i think for wanting you to think your phone broke, But going off it doesnt work, So i read if you clean it and leave it in rice so i did this for 17 hours... still it doesnt work.

I was just wondering basically what else it could be not making the keyboard work. As i need to get on there X

Phone burnt the Motherboard when in water+powered on.
Get a new divice

You're completely destroyed it. Warranty and the shop won't be able to fix it. You will need to get a new blackberry.
