Just got 2 bold 9700s
One is missing volume rockers, anyone know how/where I can get replacements and how to replace them?
Other has a keyboard problem, when you hit "space" it does "n", and when I do "n" its "mmmmmmm". Possibly a software error?
Early thanks -

Thank you for the links.
Regarding the keyboard. Im getting a new housing for one of the bolds and the one that does not have the keyboard problem can I keep that keyboard sheet and use the one that comes with the keyboard housing on the bold that has the keyboard problem?
I am also missing the T5 screws under the bottom cover. -

Yes you can just be sure to take it off easily so you won't damage the membrane otherwise you would need to buy some spare ones.
And for the T5 screws.

Thanks, turns out I just put the phone in rice for a few hours and the keyboard works fine again. Yay for rice?

Lol well if it's dropped in water it could probaly fix it. If the membrane is worn out it's time for a new one.

It could be that the adhesive glue under the screen is not aligned properly or it's dried out and became loose over time.
You can try to pry off the LCD screen gently and re-add some adhesive glue on it and gently stick it back.gee gee baby~ -
