Default I can't upgrade my OS!!

Ok so here's the deal. I have a 9700 on T-Mobile that's running 6.0.0.448. I'd like to upgrade to .706 and wanted to upgrade to the one that came out before that one did, but I've been having the hardest time getting my netbook (Runs Windows 7Starter) to do it for me.

Yes, I've deleted the Vendor XML.

I've tried using Desktop Manager but when I click on Update it says there are no updates.

I tried using BBBoss, but after I trim it down some and try to direct the shrink to my phone, it says connection failed.

I've tried BBSAK but that software never connects to my phone.

I've tried CrackMem, but again, after trimming it and clicking Open Desktop Manager, it never opens it up.

I've tried using AppLoader but it can't seem to find the new OS.

What do you guys suggest I do? Any suggestions will be much appreciated!

Did you search the computer for a second, hidden vendor.xml file?

Have you tried using the App Loader (loader.exe) instead of the Desktop Software?

Yes i searched the folder for a hidden vendor.xml.

Where is that thread? I'd like to give that a try.

Did you search your computer and ensure that System, system areas and Hidden files/folders was checked? You should also make sure Subfolders is checked.

Yep that helped! I got .706 on my phone now and so far I'm loving it! The browser is better, it's faster, and I don't seem to have any memory leaks (yet)

Thanks again!!
