I can't log into BIS email account on Desktop 9700
I have Ufone PK. PIN is: 22BF232A. They've allowed me a @ufone.blackberry.com account I made it via my mobile, but I can't seem to log in into their email website e.g ufone.blackberry.com? It says wrong username or password when I "forget password" and send it to PIN it says it doesn't exist? I can receive messages but I need desktop to manage them efficiently. They say they can't do anything?
Email is Abdullah2@ufone.blackberry.com

You can't view messages sent to a @BlackBerry.net email address on your desktop. That's a security feature for some people and an annoying deficiency for others, but that's the explanation. It's the reason I don't use mine. I have no use for email that I can't read and store on my PC.

Just looking at your email, you can not tell the user name of the website. You may just need to call into technical support on the login screen if you don't know the login info. Maybe they need to reset something internally.
