How do you run a hardware diagnosis with os 6.0 on 9700?

I know in the old days you would go to options/status and type test... now with 6.0 on the 9700 I cant see how to do that... my speakerphone works but the handset speaker doesnt when on a call..... may need to replace the speaker?

I would love to run the old test to see what it says... any ideas?

With OS 6, go to Options / Device / Device and Status Information and type 'test' into that screen. You'll get the same built-in self-test as in previous OS versions.
