    Default How to clear data usage (buyr)?

    I need to figure out the way to clear data usage and voice usage
    when you go to options - status - type BUYR:

    Data usage: xxxxxx
    Voice usage: xxxxx

    I have done a complete wipe and removed IT policy and reinstalled OS on it but nothing. Please please help

    This will really help me out please, I am willing to pay money if someone gives me the solution to this.

    second how is it unethical when big companies like asurion and other refurbishing companies are doing it?

    I can't speak to what a refurbishing company does or doesn't do, but clearly, if you are getting a device from a refurbishing company, you know what you are getting. That's not the case when an individual is making a private sale. Clearing the usage statistics would be like rolling back the odometer on a car. The only reason to do it is to try to make the device appear to be less used than it is. That's unethical.

    I have a Bold 9700 and the battery was dead.. i changed the battery and it does not load/boot up the OS..
