How can I wipe my 9700 w/blank screen
My screen is blank and need to wipe it clean before I send it back to AT&T.

Try a battery pull, then connect it to desktop manager and click Device Swap. If you're sending it in for repair or exchange, do that beforehand as not to lose anything.

I have it backed up and on my new phone. I want to wipe all info from this old phone that has a blank screen so I can send it back.

If you send your phone back to AT&T, they'll end up wiping it.
