Default help loading a new OS

I recently wiped a bold 9700 and I tried installing OS6 on it and unfortunately it not working... I tried loading the software online but when the COD download gets to a point it stops and don't download again. I downloaded the software n tried loading it with the apploader but the it can't connect to the phone.. I deleted the vendor file too.. Pls help because I don't av an os on ma phone now

Connect your phone without battery to the PC, then open the app loader (don't forget to delete vendor.xml)
When your pin detected on it, click next. At the steps when loader wizard showing reconnecting to jvm, insert your battery and do the usual Load OS

I just did that but it didn't work.. The loader detects the pin but when I click next it says "connecting to the device (ARM)" and it says cannot connect device. Is there anything I can do? Please help.. Just bouht this phone

So that you have to Insert the battery at the steps connecting to the device (arm)

I tried upgrading from 6 to the latest os and app loader is not recognizing the new os and then says it's not compatible w/ my 9700????

any ideas how to get around this its driving my mad?!

I deleted all the vendor files, and after wiping it clean tried loading the 688 and 706 but .........nutin!?

help pls im having bb withdrawal !!
