Help : Blackberry won't connect to 3G network, only GPRS

Help my blackberry won't connect to the 3G network, It will let me connect to GPRS only, when I change it to 3G only it just disconnects

What else can I do to get it to connect to 3G

I am on orange Pay as you go and have the BIS package for £5 a month.

Have you verified that there IS g3 coverage where you are? Also check with Orange to see if the pay as you go plan supports 3g, it might be an area where they cut back.

When that happened to me w/ my 8320 they sent back my "service books" and like magic I was back to "EDGE." (The days before 3g ... Lol)
