I recently updated my BB 9700 OS but my brother accidentally unplugged the phone during update. Now the phone won't boot up. What to do?

I tried what you said but USB-PIN:UNKNOWN doesn't show. Just my BB pin and when I click next, theres no system software to install although I have installed my device OS.

NVM, I found 2 vendor.xml and deleted it. Now my installed OS is being recognized.
