hey guys, i have a blackberry 9700 made in Canada
somehow my phone fell off my couch and the screen cracked
    talk about bad luck LOL!
anyways i was wondering if any one knew a place where i can go get it repaired
i tried many stores in pacific mall but none of them have a screen for 9700 made in Canada. It would be very helpful if anyone can recommend a place for me to go to. Thank you for your help.

Isn't it under warranty? Or didn't get the insurance on it?

Should be able to take it back to a t-mobile store and they should be able to hook you up.

If not, I am sure there are others with more knowledge than me that could point you in the right direction.

If you are out of warranty and you don't have replacement insurance.

Try here: http://forums.crackberry.com/f6/crac...een-fix-14036/ or take a look at YouTube...parts can be found on Ebay.

Linux users can use "barrybackup" to backup their devices.

For USB WiFi adapters use Encore ENUWI-G2

Warranty will not cover cracked screen but hopefully they have insurance. And to the OP, you may be able to find a new screen on cnn.cn

Yea anything caused from physical damage is not covered under warranty and many instances it voids the warranty outright

Even if you purchase the premium coverage?

This is why you always have to have insurance.

Go to VanCell in Vancouver. Jeff did a great job on replacing mine and gave amazing service. They're expensive at $160CDN but I couldn't stand it with a scratch on mine.
