I couldnt find a topic on this anywhere, and in fact I am not even sure what its called. What I'm talking about is the little icon at the very top right of bb's, with 2 arrows that appears while comminicating with the network be it calls or texts, or using data.

As you can see in the picture posted below, it is grayed constantly, and I've never noticed this before because quite frankly, I dont think it ever WAS like that. It lights up when it needs to and everything, just that when nothing is going on, it goes grayed out and doesn't go away completely. Is this normal?

Ive done a battery pull already.
