Error subject name and bad name of attached files (a lot of additional spaces)

Hi

I have the problem that just all my emails had broken subject and bad name of the attached files.

Problem details:
Just every letter had error subject name. There are a lot of additional spaces in the middle of the subject. In my email soft on PC and in the web interface everything is OK. Problem is only in my blackberry email phone.
For example instead of "Аккредитация метрологической лаборатории" I had "Аккре дитация метр ологическ ой лаб орат ории".
The more serious bug is that I had bad name in attached files. For example instead of "информационное письмо Полифлекс Интер.doc (15K)" I had "информационное письмо Полифлекс Интер.d oc (15K)". As a result of this bug my blackberry consider that is unrecognized format and I had no possibility to read or download this normal file with such a bad name.
There in no matter from which domen I have received email (gmail, mail, ibm, apple etc.) to my @mts.blackberry.com email. Every time I have this bugs.

What I have already done:
- wipe all device and set-up different firmwares (5.xxxx; 6.xxx). As result I have errors is email subjects and bad name of attached files even on virgin device (without any additional software and any settings);
- delete account at mts.blackberry.com and make new account with new login name. Set only @mts.blackberry.com email - bugs in email subject and attached file name;
- made a lot of communications with my cellar operator (MTS) and MTS blackberry support.

I have a feeling the carrier hosted @blackberry.com address is the cause of the bugs. If it's not like that on your e-mails other than that, you should just use the other e-mails for that. Did you try a later version of OS 6 than 6.0.0.5xx?

I've tried everything including new e-mail services. @gmail, @yahoo, @yandex, @mail - the same story. It seems to me that maybe Russian language or codepages like KOI8-R & CP1251 can be the matter of this bug.

Our local carriers know just nothing about blackberries. There is no blackberry in Russia at all. Zero sales and zero support. Everybody like apple and nokia. The only help is bb Russian funs. Russian bb community of active users is about 4000 pcs. Just nothing. Most of bb users in this community have the bugs which I've describe.

The latest firmware which I have tried is where 9700M_PBr6.0.0_rel2858_PL6.6.0.236_A6.0.0.650_Mobi licity. No changes in my case.

Have you tried the UTF codepage at all? It's universal from what I hear and all of the browsers I use are set to that. It shows the russian font, language. I'm canadian and have visited a few russian websites, even one for a rare electronic band titled complex numbers, though I had to use translation software by google to read it in english.

Of course I use only UTF and I set up UTF in every available setting. UTF helps only with “?” characters. But my problem is spacebars (****, it sounds like bull[b][/b][b][/b][b][/b][b][/b]). Something had happened because I had never had the problem with spaces before. This is a story of the last 2-3 months.
