error JUM Error517

I am using BB bold 9700 and all of a sudden the system got hangged and Error JUM Error 517 is reflected on screen. I have tried to reload the OS but is no improvement. System showing rebooting till 70% of bar and then error again flashes back.

The error is JVM Error 517 which is a corrupt OS. What method and OS are you using.
