    Default Error 507 problem

    I am trying to load a new OS on 97000 ,but not able to ,i get this error Connecting to device...debug: HRESULT error during Open: 80040154.
    Please help me

    Default Error 507 problem

    you may have a strange problem. You can try to remove battery, do steps for flashing, when pc's screen show "erasing...", insert battery. If you can't solve it, please upload image about your problem.

    if using apploader, remove the battery, and it will connect via ARM, then when it says reconnecting to JVM insert the battery. try a different USB port first.

    Can i use the latest desktop manger 7.0 or sould i use a older one?

    don't use BDM for flashing ROM. Use loader.exe

    You can find loader.exe in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader (if you use windows 32 bit, remove (x86) )
