You can get your Contacts and Calendar back if you have a Backup but I am not sure about the data in Password Keeper. I know this gets backed up when you upgrade the OS or use the Device Switch Wizard but I'm not sure what happens with a normal Backup.

If you don't have a Backup then your data is gone I am sorry to say.

I am very sorry to hear that you may have lost important information. I use Ascendo Data Vault for this purely because Ascendo has two programs, one on my phone and the other on my PC. A Sync will also sync my passwords and pother stuff inside Ascendo between my phone and PC. You have to put in your password each time you sync.

Search your my documents folders. Look for a file that ends with the ipd extension especially if it has the word backup in the file name.
When desktop manager does an upgrade of your phone it normally backs up your contacts and passwords in an ipd file. This file will be in your my documents folder and it is normally dated in the name of the file.
If you did not allow the dm to do the backup or if you did not manually use desktop manager to backup the contact data on your phone then all is lost as far as local recover is concerned. You need to contact your carrier if they provide you with remote backup services.

This is why I love CB. I was sitting here about to bawl my eyes out thinking I had lost all that info. I found the file mentioned above & magically all my data is back. You all rock!!!!
