What is Calendar/Options/Enable Quick Entry for? It just has a Yes or No option. Set either way shortcut keys still work D=day, W=Week etc.

Quick entry allows you to: select a day... when the times come up you can scroll to a time... type something and press the touch pad to save it.

With quick entry off: you have to scroll to a time... select a time wiht the touch pad... this takes you to the "new appointment" screen... and you have to enter your appointment there.

Just wanted to add a bit to this. With quick entry enabled:
1. Scroll to the time where you want the entry,
2. Type the event details
3. Scroll trackpad up/down to change the end time of the event
4. Hold ALT and scroll to change the start time of the event.
