i got an email problem on my biold since 2 months and nothing is solving it, i really need ur help !

i have 2 accounts on it (gmail and hotmail), i can see most of my sent mail (that i send on laptop) but i cannot see new mails that i receive, no new notification either the mail itself on device ! the bb was at lab once, reset everything available, deleted, re-installed.. noth` worked out.

i have os 6
email acount app-manager smthn .. with user name and pass, that are ok ..

what should i do ?

btw, mystically there is only one specific email address that i can receve mail from it on device, only this specific one. !
i have a good connection most time, 3G, bb server ok, orange says everything is ok in their network, i have unlimited surfing and bb package ..

You could try to delete the email accounts, do a battery pull, check your service books to make sure the ones for your email have been deleted, they will be labled your @email adress, do another battery pull and then re-add the email accounts one at a time. Otherwise make sure your email accounts are configured properly on your account side.

I got my email fine for a month or two but at some point it stopped getting the new emails. The problem, I discovered, was too many emails. Once I deleted the old emails on my Bold, I started receiving the new emails. Now every month or so I delete all old emails on the phone and I now always get my new emails

Have you checked to see if the Firewall on you phone is blocking the emails?

Is Enable ticked? If so untick it.,

Is anything ticked against Block Incoming Messages?
