documents to go

pls am new to bb world. my upgraded bb bold 9700 lost all documents to go and pdf to go. pls help, where and how can i get them back

Have you tried going to the Documents To Go website and downloading the application directly to your device?

Did you lose the application, or did you lose the documents you had stored on the phone? Take into consideration that PDF to go is only available with the Pro version of the application. This only comes preloaded on BB7 devices.

Thanks mr Elvin, I appreciate your suggestion. I don't know which website I can download free Documents-To-Go software. the preloaded is gone while upgrading from Os 5 to Os 6.0.0.448

You should try the latest 6.0.0.723 for your device. And don't forget to check ur inbox. UGPM.
