Default Do you think something is wrong with myy phone?

I've used Berry's for years. I upgraded to OS 6 o my 9700 and honestly I can't really do anything on my phone. I read about everyone using Maps and all these apps and there is just no way I can do any of that...so the more I am thinking about it, I am wondering if something is wrong

Here's the details

v6.0.0.576
10 email accounts. Fairly heavy usage. Email works fine
Light to mid text usage, sometime lags
Hardly use the phone for calls and I do get a lot of messages.
I am mainly on wifi.
Can play Pandora with no issues.
Great battery life
free memory 71890466 Bytes
used BB shrink (or whatever it's called) to shrink OS per recommendations on CB.

Apps installed
10 email accts
about 400 contacts
Tune-In radio
Bubble Breaker (I know,I know)
Shazam
Norbex Radio
Net Talk
Learn Spanish
UPS
Vlingo
Dragon
CB
Google Sync
Pandora
i-nigma
Google Voice
Quick Pull
Linked In
Facebook
very few photos and they are on a media card

Issues
Can't surf because 9 out of 10 pages, I get the message that the page has to close.
I go on BB App World to update the apps that I never get to use and I get the spinning timer so it takes forever. I have to go one by one.
Any theme I try to install I have to delete because I get a java point whatever message so I have the boring default
Can't even play bubble breaker because I am faster than the phone
Can't dial a number from home screen unless you hit the first digit twice
Even if try to just use the trackpad to move around between email accounts, I get the spinning timer

I am a BB person and I also have an iphone. I guess I haven't done anything sooner because I am fortunate enough to have a back-up but I am really beginning to wonder if I got a dud phone. I'm out of warranty but I do have insurance.

My phone is in perfect condition, in a case and never dropped.

Any known conflict with any of the apps I have?
If I try to troubleshoot and reinstall apps one by one, it will take me all day!
Should I try a restore?
What version should I use?

Any input and/or troubleshooting tips are very much appreciated. Thanks!

You do have a lot of apps. Do you close them properly after use? Vlingo caused me problems so I got rid of it.

Each time you use app world you should clear the cached images. Go to files/all files/ device memory/user/ appworld and clear images and logs. That will free up a ton of memory.

I can see from your file free that you shrank it out so it should run better than you are experiencing. Think its an app that's really causing problems!

Don't know if your refering to me or the OP but my free memory goes up and down between 92mb and 101 mb. Its very reliable now with no resets required. Because I don't BBM I shrank it out. I think this helped a great deal toward the stability.

Sounds like you have low memory 68.5mb dosen't sound like its enough. I'm assuming that's after a battery pull, but once you get a few emails and start using some of those apps you will quickly fall to 15 or so and then your blackberry will struggle. Web pages will close because there isn't enough memory to keep them running and memory intensive apps like appworld will have that little black clock spinning for 5 mins at a time.
