Default Can't set Date/Time to Automatic, what to do?

This problem directly affects BlackBerry Protect and BlackBerry App World, as both requires synchronized clock to be able to connect.

Whenever I set it to Automatic, I cannot save my preferences. I clicked on "Save", and the confirmation window closes, but I'm still on Date/Time screen. The only way to get out of it is to set it to Manual

Before, I had it on Automatic, but I ran into the clock synchronization problem, so I tried to set it manually, now I can't get it to Automatic

I'm on Telkomsel Indonesia, and I can't request Time Zone Update for the longest time. Does this have anything to do with my problem?

Can I just delete both BlackBerry Protect and BlackBerry App World and reinstall?

Or do I have to reinstall my OS? I'm on 5.0.0.979 by the way

Automatic time is a function of your carrier, some do it and some dont. Connecting to desktop manager will set your clock yo your computers time if your worried.
