Default cannot send or receive emails

first time on Crackberry. Used BB Bold 9700 gift in August. Email worked find until one day it quit in September, it quit on me. Can't send or receive emails. Have spent 10 hours on phone with various Rogers agents. None of them can seem to find problem. Can PIN in and PIN out. have 3G in corner. Have wifi. Have wiped phone clean back to default. Have deleted software and downloaded OS. have taken battery out numerous times. Have gone into Advanced Settings. Have deleted and reinstalled my home email numerous times. I can email pics to my Facebook account. Texts in and out OK. soooo frustrating. No one can seem to find problem or a fix!

Go to rogers.blackberry.com and setup BIS from there, pending they didn't remove the data plan and added something else, like telus did to me before numerous times.

If it doesn't work, did you update the OS recently?

I think maybe it's time to switch (or threaten to switch) from them to another carrier. That will prompt them to do their job.
