Anyone know how to successfully import an RSA secure ID seed file on a :

Blackberry Bold 9700 v6.0.666

using:
The RSA app v3.5.1

I have received the secure ID seed file as an attachment to an email. This is the file named x-rimdevice-<more stuff here>.sdtid

Clicking on this attachment presents options including: "Import SecureID To..." and "Download Attachment".

Clicking "Import SecureID To..." simply closes the options window. No success message. No error message. No apparently activity.

Clicking "Download Attachment" pops up the message "You are about to download a file that cannot be viewed on your BlackBerry device. Continue?"

I click "Yes", and choose to save it (either to media card, or onto the device itself, makes no difference)

Attachment icon changes to a green arrow (pointing downward) indicating it is trying to download. If one hovers the cursor over this attachment, an indicator will appear that says "0% downloaded". I'll check back in about 5 minutes or so, and the icon will have changed to a red X. The attachment download failed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

This may not help.. and this issue may be resolved. But I noticed that I had to send the email.. in complete plain text format, no subject, no body.. then finally.. the token would import.
