Default Cannot edit sound profiles on Blackberry Bold 9700

For some reason, I cannot edit my sound profiles anymore. Upon going to Sounds > Edit Profiles, the list of profiles come up but once clicked, nothing happens at all. I can't even create a new one, only able to delete old ones. I clicked on Set Ring Tones/ Alerts and nothing happens then as well. I'm only able to choose a profile, but I'm unable to edit any of them.
I've gone to Options > Sounds and Ring Tones but that only edits the active profile. Although it's a decent alternative, I'd like to deal with the problem now instead of settling for going to Options each time I want to edit a profile.
I've tried rebooting several times, but it hasn't worked.

Thanks in advance for the help!

If a battery pull didn't help, you might want to try a OS reinstall.

if the OS reinstall (wipe and reload using BBSAK) doesn't work, try downgrading.

    Edit: fixed the post lol

Hm, reinstall didn't work. Downgrade wouldn't mean more lag? Everything about the phone is fine except for the Edit Profiles thing. It's weird.

Downgrading doesn't mean more lag. Just try a different OS. I downgraded because the recent one didn't work for me, but it's different for everyone.

I wiped my BB, reinstalled OS and everything was fine...the moment I restored my CODs, the problem came back...this is insane but I think its a problem with some app that we all recently installed.
