Cannot add internet mail account

When I try to add an internet mail account, i click on the setup, then email accounts, then internet mail account, and when i do this, it comes back to the setup screen and nothing happens.

I've had email working on my BB, but i changed the password. After that i stopped receiving emails. I did a security wipe hopping it would delete my email information from my BB but since that i had the problem described above.

Please help, i'm paying to have BIS and i'm not using the service.

Had the same exact issue, and posted about it a few days ago .. someone told me to go to yourcarrier.blackberry.com (attwireless.blackberry.com for me) and set up your BIS email account there. It'll get sync'd to your device. Worked for me.

Setup your e-mail via your computer on the BIS website. I did that the first time as always. I don't always use my blackberry to manage it, it's a painless experience and I most enjoy it allot. Once you have it synced, it should work. If not, your carrier could setup the account for you on their end.

Problem Solved!
Because i've set up my email in my BB for the first time, i had to call to my carrier support to create my BIS account. After that, i did what you guys said, and its working fine now.
