can not click links in the browser

On my friend's 9700 browser she can not click the links on a web page with the trackpad but can with the enter button. Before this happened everything was fine. How do I fix this?

Uh oh. Looks like the 9630 .591 bug is spreading to other version and devices. I hope this isn't a trend.

Well I am on the 9630 and don't have that bug. Well no worries I did a battery pull and now it works.

ha. Thats funny one of my buddies got a tour last night from verizon and it hasnt been updated (still running 4.0) and he could click in the browser either and I said its a bug and he needs to update the software.
