My bb 9700 loads up fine but when the message comes up and you have to scroll down to accept the conditions my phone wont let me scroll down.

I though it might be the trackpad but i replaced it and that didnt work.

I also reloaded the os and that also didnt work.

Any help???

Try pressing the Menu key to the left of the trackpad, as sometimes this will allow you to accept T&C without having to scroll down.

Try to wait a few minutes for it to load and then you should be able to scroll.
