Bold 9700 shortcut unlock?

Hello everyone , May I know how to install the feature which is able to unlock my device by pressing A+Green Button ? I need this seriously cause my top left button almost spoiled. Thanks in advanced.

There isn't a shortcut to unlock it. Inserting and removing from the holster can also unlock it. I suggest getting it checked out at your carrier's store, likely the membrane is misalighed partially.

To unlock, hold the power down button. When "Turning off Device" prompt shows, quickly hit the button again. There you go!

The lock button stopped working on my 9700 so now I use slide2open-lock, a free app.

My lock button is inop also. Hold down the A* key to lock. To unlock see my previous post or use a holster with a magnetic flap, this will unlock also (sleep mode)

Also, a strong enough magnet would also work.
