There is no fix, the video recorder was preset at a fixed volume and there is no possible way to change it.
The playback volume on media can be adjusted, but not for the videos recorded, they can't be over amplified.
How long have you had your blackberry for? Have you tried using a headset, either bluetooth or wired?
