Default Bold 9700 deletes unread emails

    Hello,

I noticed that unread emails from 5 days ago onwards get deleted from my device, but still appear on my gmail account.

Does anyone know how to fix this? I want my unread emails to stay in the device as they stay on gmail, or in other words: I want complete syncronization between the phone and gmail.

I connect my blackberry with gmail through IMAP and don't use any other special features.

    Thanks for any help

Try "options - device - storage" or "options - device - application management".

Do as you would be done by and 12 pence to the shilling (or 100 cents to the dollar).

You won't get the messages back unless you resend them to yourself.

Andy is right, they are gone for good from the device.
now you can always log in to a webmail interface to see them in the future.

35 is not a high # for file free, I would
    A. remove all unused apps and make sure media is on a memory card
    and
    B. Learn yo shrink your OS to make more free space.
