Bold 9700 0 / Space / Sym keys not working

Hai guys,

I have bought a 9700 bold for my wife's little sister.

Now there is one problem with it, and i cant get it working :

0 - space - sym keys dont work all the other keys work fine.
i already used a smd workstation heatgun to see if this would help
(maybe water damage so that it would dry)
This didnt worked, i have removed the membrane and i have cleaned the pcb
with iso-alcohol but i still cant get it to work.
I did a firmware/software downgrade and that also didnt helped.
I did a battery pull which also didnt help.

Do you guys maybe have any idea on how to fix this?

(ps, there is no warranty etccc, i want to repair it myself if possible)

It's shot. You'll have some luck replacing the keyboard membrane, if that doesn't work, she'll need a new blackberry.
