    Default blackberry wont go into mass storage

    i plug my USB on my laptop and mass storage wont show up and my laptop cant recognise/locate it....ive done everything ive gone to memory and set everything to "yes" but still no result help me yo!

    When you plug the USB cable into the phone, you need to select "charge only" to select mass storage.

    You also need to enable mass storage mode in options/device.
