Blackberry randomly deleted sms messages.

My phone has been acting up. It has been freezing so I did a battery pull. I noticed it deleted my text messages. When I click on a previous message, it shows that it's a draft message? When I click on it, it shows nothing in the message. It has a green icon instead of the normal text message icon. Also, my messages are kept to forever.

I don't know if it's even possible to get the messages back? I don't think if it'll have to do with the free memory I have on the phone? I have 65913909 of free memory. I tried several battery pulls but the messages are deleted. I haven't backed up my phone in a while so I can't restore it.

Any suggestions?

Go to messages >> Options>> Message Display and Actions
Scroll down to the bottom and you'll find "Days To Keep Messages"
