i have a bold 9700 (v5). i have not used this handset for a while been trying to access my app world so that i can reintall some apps, but it keeps denying access. i am at my wits end here. this is what i have already tried. i forgot the password so i reset password, and then tried other email address i may have used. errors have appeared . finally when i go into options and try telling me i have to 'enter the username associated with this smartphone'. i have tried by entering a new id and it locks me out for 15 min (after the 10th attempt)

please help me
