Blackberry drowned!!!

I fell into the swimming pool with my Bold 9700, immediately removed the battery, sim and memory card and placed it in rice and left it over night. when i put my battery back into the phone nothing happened so i connected the charger and it showed a no battery symbol so i put in a new battery and the phone began its normal boot sequence but when the bar was about 2/3 full it showed a white screen then turned off and did the whole thing over and over

What can i do to fix it??

You really should have let it dry out for 4 - 5 days. You most likely made the damage permanent by putting the battery back in after only waiting overnight.

Try leaving it to dry out for another 4 days in a warm dry place without the battery. You may just get lucky.
