I'm trying to help my husband to sync his phone to our computer. Up until just a couple of weeks ago, it was possible to wirelessly sync contacts/calendar/etc. Now, with no changes, the calendar will sync just fine but the contacts won't. The desktop screen says to disengage the wireless connection. Do that but nothing changes on the desktop. Still can't sync the contacts. Called Blackberry and their suggestion was to upgrade the software. Oh please! It worked before. Can't figure out what changed. Will someone hold my hand on this?
