Blackberry Bold 9700 Won't Turn On!
I've had my Bold for only a few months and yesterday the screen went white and wouldn't do anything. I've pulled the battery a couple of times but it only gets about 3/4 thru the download bar and stops. What can I do?

How long do you wait for it to boot up? My phone used to stall 3/4 but if you get it a few minutes it would continue on. Total boot time was 15 or so.

I had this same problem last month. I just called tech support for my carrier. They had me uninstall and reinstall the software. It took about 45 mins but they'll stay on the phone with you and walk you through all the steps

Go to the blackberry website, then navigate to the device software section, select your carrier and download the latest they have to offer, then install it, then load it with BBSAK, download and install BBSAK from www.bbsak.org
