    Default Blackberry bold 9700 keeps rebooting please please help with this please

    My boyfriend got a blackberry bold 9700. The thing is it reboots all the time and also came up with jvm error 545 i took it to a local shop they said it was a software problem. Anyway they sorted this jvm problem but couldnt sort the rebot out so it got sent off. Now they are saying its a ram issue and that "the phone will not accept the ram" does anyone know if there is a way of sorting this or is it totally buggered??
