    Lightbulb Blackberry 9700 flash problem

    Hey i got a blackberry 9700 and the flash started to give problems. i can take regular pictures but if i turn the flash on, the picture wont capture. before this started if i attempted to take a flash photo a green box would appear on the screen. help me please

    You can try to remove newest softwares which were installed from the day you have problem.
