BIS Restored in TN
Not sure which step worked.
1) AT&T suggested "Hard" boot by actually removing battery for 60 seconds.
2) Email Setting>Log In>Send Service Books.

My emails came in yesterday....from PA. Im glad I don't live off email though. I had, one day without them.

It was more of an annoyance rather than a catastrophe. I was able to access email via internet.
