I really would need some support asap.
Work since years with BB and my actual device is a BB9700.
The last months BB protect works fine. Last week it stops and never start again. So I delete the BB protect from my device and installed it again.
Actual situation: BB protect installed and if I would like connect with BB protect it didn't work - (it tries to connect but can't connect.
Checked BB ID online and also on the BB 9700 everything fine.
But no connection with BB protect.......
Any ideas from your site??
I really would appreciate if someone have an idea.
