i updated my os to the official os 6.0.380 released by vodafone everything went well and the phone works like a charm after updating it i connected it to DM and restored everything everything did get restored except the BB groups even my bb contacts came back then automatically 4 out of 9 have come back two are proper and two are only showing 2 contacts on others phones i am still shown as a member of the group plz help me get only my groups back

i think you need to be deleted from the group and then re-added. BBM groups almost always go hinky when doing OS upgrades, it seems.

Someone needs to remove you from the group, then re-add you afterwards. next time, let them know before updating your device.

theoretically it should have been automatic... but it just wasnt... this happened to me too after upgrading from os 6 v 338 to 418... just get the someone in the group to re add you and you're back
