i have bb 9700 with os 5 then i upgraded to 6. after 2 years of usage w/o any complaints, recently i felt it so slow and tends to hang several times in a day. my fren suggested me to change back to os5, because bb9700 designed for os5, so it will run faster.

i uninstall my bb dm6. then i reinstall bb dm5. when i plug my bb os6, the dm crashed (stopped working). i already done uninstall-reinstall with different computers and still didnt make any changes. what should i do now?

p.s.: i searched the inet that there is an app called "BBsak", its very nice n useful, but when it backup your data, it only covers 3rd party app, it means that you will lose contacts, PIN, notes, etc. i have to back up data with bb desktop manager
