BB 9700 on and off

When I keep BB 9700 in my pocket its always on and off.
I face this problem only when bb is inside my pocket otherwise not.

May I know, What is problem?

What exactly do you mean? Do you have to press the red (end call) key to bring it back to life or has it rebooted?

Is it in a pouch when it's in your pocket or naked?

Need more info.

sometimes its automatically rebooted and sometimes I need to pull battery and put again.

Have you made sure the battery contacts are clean and have no sign of corrosion? Must be a bad conection somewhere when it's moving about in your pocket.

Battery is ok. If I keep bb on free space like table, on my bed etc then bb not off.
I face bb on/off problem when bb inside my pants pocket. I dont know why?

Maybe somehow your hitting the end key and turning it off? Mine did that when I had it under the pillow.
