battery drained if left it for more than half an hour

hi..i'm facing a prob here.. my 9700 will show the drained battery icon if being left for more than half an hour..after battery pull and restart the battery will be full again..i dont have any idea why..please somebody help!

Borrow another battery and try that first. It does sound like a hardware issue though.

Please update the carrier and OS app version you're running. If it's a very old OS 6 version (ie. 6.0.0.3xx), you'll need to update it via desktop manager.
